BOOKING REQUIREMENT
To secure your appointment at Agnes Beauty & Wellness, we require a credit card to be placed on file at your booking request. If you do not have a credit card to place on the file, you may purchase a reloadable gift card from Agnes Beauty & Wellness and reload it at subsequent appointments for your scheduling/purchasing needs.
This policy offers guests transparent pricing and no hassle with checking out while eliminating the financial impact caused by missed appointments and late cancellations.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Agnes Beauty & Wellness is inside Old World Village, across from Costco and Bella Terra. The parking lot is inside the village, with parking on both sides. Parking is free. If the map guides you to the German Restaurant side, walk through the village to Grinderz Burgers; we’re next to it. If you park on the other side, look for our building—it stands alone and is visible from the lot. Excited to see you soon! 🙂

CLIENT DUTY TO INFORM
Your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations is mandatory. Agnes Beauty & Wellness will not assume responsibility for your adverse reactions suffered when a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.
LATE ARRIVALS
Agnes Beauty & Wellness does not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your service will result in your treatment being cut short to respect other clients time. If a client doesn’t want a shorter appointment and cancels after being late, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation or rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will be applied. Our Waitlist is available for those who cannot commit in advance and will receive a text message notification for any available time slot. Thank you for your cooperation.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
At Agnes Beauty & Wellness, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your class. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any inconvenience. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service. If you have a busy schedule, we suggest you to get in touch with us and ask to be placed on our Waitlist. This way, we can notify you via text message when a slot becomes available, and you can reserve it for yourself. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality services. In the event you purchase any of our packages and have an adverse reaction or not liking the specific treatment being done we cannot provide any refunds. Instead a credit will be provided for any unused services at the value of the balance left of the package to be used on any other spa services or products available.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
In California, state law prohibits salon and spa professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with contraindicated medical conditions. Should your licensed professional determine you are ineligible for service, we will refer you to your primary care physician.
When your condition has been resolved, or you have a medical release clearing you for service, you are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment.
